Requests and confirmation

Availability varies depending on your event date. Send a rental request and Dandy Jumper will check the booking calendar and confirm which rentals are available.

Browsing equipment, preparing a text, or sending a request does not reserve equipment or confirm a booking. A rental is booked only after Dandy Jumper explicitly confirms it. Please review the confirmed equipment, use options, quantities, address and times, and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

Pricing and payment arrangements

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Pricing varies by event location and the number of items rented. Additional time and required generators may affect the final quote. Dandy Jumper confirms the final total directly; this website does not collect payments.

Full payment is due upon delivery. Setup is included at no extra charge.

Deposits and cancellations

Deposits are $50 per item unless a different amount is shown. The Mechanical Bull requires a $100 deposit; The Edge and The Log Jammer require a $200 deposit each.

If your event is cancelled due to weather, your deposit is fully refundable. For cancellations for any other reason, the deposit is non-refundable but remains valid as rental credit for one year from the original scheduled event date.

For example, if your original event was scheduled for August 27, 2026, the credit is valid through August 27, 2027.

Contact Dandy Jumper directly to report a cancellation and arrange an applicable refund or use of rental credit. Confirm your credit’s expiration date with us when arranging a replacement event.

Rental periods and extra hours

Daily rentals are full price for the first day; each additional consecutive day is 50% of the daily rate, subject to availability. The mechanical bull, The Edge and The Log Jammer use their listed hourly rental periods and extra-time pricing. Confirm delivery and pickup times with Dandy Jumper.

The mechanical bull is $750 for three hours or $900 for four hours. The Edge is $1,500 and The Log Jammer is $2,000 for up to six hours; pricing for additional hours is negotiable.

Requesting extra hours does not guarantee availability. Event start and end times on the request form should include the extra hours you request. Call to discuss same-day or overnight events.

Power and generators

Inflatables require a power source within 150 feet of the setup area.

If suitable power is not available within 150 feet, Dandy Jumper generators are required at $50 per generator. Some events require more than one generator. We will confirm the number needed and the total generator charge for your selected inflatables.

Setup and safe use

Provide accurate setup information, including the location, access, surface, available space and power. Confirm equipment-specific requirements, participant limits and supervision arrangements with Dandy Jumper before use. Wet-only and dry-only restrictions shown for each rental apply.

Follow the setup, operation and safety instructions supplied with your rental. Do not move, alter or operate equipment contrary to those instructions. Stop use if conditions appear unsafe and contact Dandy Jumper. Discuss weather concerns with us before the event and follow the supplied weather and shutdown instructions.

Licensing, insurance and inspections

Dandy Jumper is fully licensed, insured, and inspected. Contact us about any documentation or requirements for your venue or event. Insurance remains subject to the applicable policy’s terms, limits and exclusions; this website does not promise coverage for every incident.

Website information and your rights

Photos and descriptions help you choose equipment. Confirm dimensions, capacity and other details important to your event before booking. If a listing contains an error, we will clarify it before confirming the rental.

These policies explain our booking process and do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
