Information you choose to provide

The forms ask for your name, phone number, event date and times, rental choices, quantities and event location. You may also provide an email address, setup and power details, guest count and notes. The contact form asks for your message. Please provide the booking organizer’s details, rather than children’s personal information, and do not include payment-card numbers, identification documents or sensitive health information.

How requests are delivered

On a phone, the forms prepare a text message addressed to Dandy Jumper. You must tap Send in your messaging app to send it. Long requests may be shown for review and copying first. Your device, messaging service and phone carrier may retain or process the message under their own settings and policies.

On a computer, submitting a completed form sends its contents to Dandy Jumper by email. When you provide an email address with a rental request, the website also attempts to send you a confirmation copy and request summary. Resend, the website’s email-delivery provider, processes the submitted information to deliver these emails. The website does not save form submissions in a separate customer database or browser local storage, although the resulting emails and related booking records may remain in the business’s and customer’s email systems and the business’s recordkeeping systems.

Google reviews

Dandy Jumper does not collect customer reviews through this website. Review links open Google in a separate page, where Google handles your account information, rating and review under its own privacy policy and terms. Reviews displayed or linked through Google are not stored or controlled by this website.

Inquiries and booking records

When you contact Dandy Jumper by text, email or phone, the information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, check availability, prepare a quote and coordinate your rental. Relevant details may be used by people helping fulfill your rental. Sending a rental inquiry does not enroll you in an automated marketing-text program.

Sent messages and related booking records may remain in the business’s communication and recordkeeping systems. This website does not automatically delete those records. Contact us to discuss access, corrections, deletion or retention of your information; some records may need to be retained for bookings, accounting, disputes or applicable legal obligations.

Website hosting and technical data

The hosting platform and its service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser details, requested pages and access times to deliver and secure the website. Platform access or sign-in features may use cookies. The Dandy Jumper website does not include advertising pixels, a visitor analytics integration or a tool that sells form information.

Email, Facebook and other services

Desktop form submissions use Resend to deliver email to Dandy Jumper. Other email links open your own email service. Facebook links take you to Facebook; we do not embed a Facebook feed or tracking pixel. Those services, along with your messaging service and the hosting platform, process information under their own privacy policies. Opening or using their services may disclose information to them.

Your choices and questions

You can call instead of completing a form, leave optional fields blank, or ask us to use a different contact method for your inquiry. Contact jnhearn5563@gmail.com with a privacy request or concern. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns your records. Please do not email sensitive documents unless we have discussed an appropriate way to provide them.

No website or communication method can guarantee complete security. If you believe a child’s personal information was sent through an inquiry, please contact us so we can review it.

Changes to the website’s information practices will be reflected in this notice and its updated date.
